By accessing or using our site or placing an order with Packara Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
“Packara” refers to our company, its employees, contractors, and affiliates.
“Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to individuals or businesses accessing the website or using our services.
“Services” refers to our online printing services, design uploads, order processing, and related offerings.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use our services.
If you create an account:
You must provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You are liable for any activity performed under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
By placing an order, you confirm:
The information and files you upload are accurate and final.
You have the legal right or permission to use the uploaded content.
You accept responsibility for the quality and resolution of your files.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept approved online payment methods. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including orders containing:
Offensive, illegal, or infringing content
Content that is deemed contrary to the public good.
Suspected fraudulent activity
If an order is cancelled, we will provide a refund where appropriate.
You retain full ownership of your uploaded designs, images, documents, and other materials.
By uploading content, you grant Packara a non-exclusive, temporary licence to:
Store, copy, modify (if required for production), and print your content
Complete and deliver your order
This licence expires once your order is fulfilled and stored content (if any) is deleted.
You agree not to upload content that:
Violates copyright or trademark laws
Contains hate speech, explicit material, or unlawful imagery
Infringes on privacy or publicity rights
Is defamatory, abusive, or harmful
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with Australian law.
Packara reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, suspend, or terminate any order that it determines may conflict with, undermine, or otherwise run contrary to the public good, including but not limited to matters involving public safety, ethical standards, or social responsibility. Packara shall incur no liability for exercising this discretion.
Estimated production and delivery times are guidelines only. While we strive to meet them, delays may occur due to supplier issues, courier delays, technical problems, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery is managed by third-party courier partners. Once dispatched, Packara is not responsible for:
Lost or delayed parcels
Courier errors
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
We will assist in tracking or investigating delivery issues.
International shipping times and fees vary. Customs duties or taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Packara may update pricing at any time without notice.
Because our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
A reprint or refund may be offered if:
There is a clear manufacturing defect
The product substantially differs from your approved design or order specifications
We may request photos or returned samples for assessment.
Packara is not responsible for:
Low-resolution images
Typographical errors in uploaded files
Incorrect bleed, margins, colour settings, or design layout
Wrong shipping information provided
Reprints for these issues will incur additional costs.

Packara provides its services “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent allowed by Australian law, Packara is not liable for:
Loss of profit, revenue, or business
Incidental or consequential damages
Issues arising from third-party service providers
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under the ACL. If a guarantee is not met, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.
Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website, which outlines how Packara collects, uses, and protects your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you:
Breach these Terms
Upload harmful or illegal content
Engage in fraudulent or disruptive behaviour
You may also close your account at any time.
Packara may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory of Victoria. Any disputes may be resolved exclusively in applicable Australian courts.
