At Packara, we specialise in made-to-order print products, locally produced in Australia. Because our items are custom printed, production and delivery timelines differ from standard retail goods. This policy outlines our shipping practices and delivery timeframes.
All products are printed to order. Typical production times are typically 5-7 days from approval of proof till despatch.
Production times may be longer during peak periods. Packara will notify you of any significant delays.
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Startrack.
Estimated transit times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary based on courier delays, public holidays, remote destinations, or unforeseen circumstances. Packara accepts no responsibility for loss or damages due to transport delays or related issues beyond our control.
We do not ship outside of Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
Note. When placing large orders you may be prompted to choose between multiple packs or a pallet. If you choose pallet, you must have access to a forklift to offload the pallet from the delivery vehicle. If you cannot offload the pallet, additional charges may apply to hand unload your order.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Customers must supply a physical address for delivery, contact name and telephone number. We do not deliver to postal boxes or parcel lockers.
Failure to supply a valid address will delay despatch.
All orders are shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave) and couriers will leave your order at your door if the address is unattended. We recommend you choose an alternative delivery address at the time of ordering if there is no safe place to leave your order or the courier will have difficulty accessing the location.
Note that Packara does not accept responsibility for stolen orders or damaged due to orders being left in unsuitable location.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Packara is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, undelivered, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer-provided shipping errors.
If an order is returned to Packara because of an incorrect or incomplete address:
Re-shipping fees will apply
Additional production or handling delays may occur
If a parcel is delivered to the wrong address and not returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
